Marketing strategy and the AI systems that run it, built by one operator directing teams and agents.
Behind it, four and a half years marketing one product family in a category where most projects don't survive six months, grown across multiple bear cycles. Scroll to tune the channels.
Five problems I've already solved, at scale.
The majority of the Syscoin work was business-to-business (B2B): getting developers, projects, exchanges, and governments to adopt, build on, and integrate a Layer-1 blockchain platform. Consumer community growth ran alongside it, not instead of it.
Four and a half years marketing one product family in a space where most projects don't last six months, growing the community through multiple bear cycles.
Led messaging, damage control, and a structured six-month recovery through a major leadership crisis. Owned the strategy that held the community together and the project came out intact.
A personal X-account algorithm system built from scratch, delivering millions of impressions in a matter of weeks on zero ad spend.
Directed a blockchain election program from zero to nationwide deployment in under eight months.
I led the go-to-market that drove $24.3M in TVL onto Rollux, the Layer-2, and grew the platform community from 113K to 320K, a +183% gain across a four-and-a-half-year tenure. Business-to-business marketing to the developers, projects, exchanges, and governments who build on and integrate a Layer-1 blockchain, with consumer growth alongside.
An influencer affiliate program delivering roughly two billion impressions in 30 days across 17 specialized accounts, on modest incentive spend. Reach engineering, not ad budget.
A personal X-account algorithm system: 3.3M impressions, 74K engagements, a 2.2% rate in four weeks on zero paid budget. Built and run on my own account, distinct from any employer campaign. R&D I run personally so the teams I direct never learn it the expensive way.
Patrick Breaux, Las Vegas, NV. Senior marketing leader with technical-operator depth. Two decades on the technology stack. Four and a half years leading marketing across the Syscoin product family in a senior marketing role, the majority of it business-to-business (B2B): taking a Layer-1 blockchain platform to the developers, projects, exchanges, and governments who build on and integrate it, with consumer community growth running alongside.
Directed distributed community and field teams across Latin America, Africa, and Ukraine, contributed inside a five-person US growth branch, and ran a global ambassador and influencer network. Currently operates twelve AI agents in standing production (plus a Codex CLI failover layer) across a self-hosted, bridged three-machine cluster, two workstations linked agent-to-agent over a custom MCP bridge, running business development, marketing, content, and product operations across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C.
Not a marketer who learned to use AI. An operator who treats AI orchestration as a deployable system, and builds with it across every layer of the stack.
Recruiters, your time is valuable. I built this site as a complete, verified archive of my tenure, and prepared these files for exactly this moment. Point your AI agent at them for a structured, fact-checked summary.
A developer-growth campaign, directed end to end.
A multi-continent developer-growth campaign I directed end to end, Oct 2025 to Jan 2026. Charts, funnels, and three public transparency reports on the marketing page.

Honduras proved it: a national election anchored on-chain, ~2M auditable tally records, done. Peru is the next-step expansion, in early government outreach pending sign-off. Real ballots, real chain, real stakes, not a pilot deck. I built the Ledger Architects program it ran on, and the Proof of Builders recognition layer it became.

The three below carry the argument.
AI is the operating method, marketing the proven domain, Build the proof it ships. The rest is depth and texture under them, not a competing claim.
The operating layer. Twelve AI agents in production across a self-hosted, bridged three-machine cluster, running business development, marketing, content, and product operations, coordinated on a custom MCP message bus.
[MKT] /STRATEGYThe proven domain. Marketing and comms leadership at institutional scale across two bear cycles, with on-chain election infrastructure deployed across LatAm end to end.
[BLD] /BUILDProof it ships. Things I made, a live multiplayer game at a URL and an open world in Unreal Engine 5.7.
Brand systems, motion, cinematic. 20 years of identity work.
[SYS] /SYSTEMSThe stack it runs on. 13-plus years of infrastructure, single-admin across 600+ endpoints.
[FLD] /FIELDOff-road cinematography. Life outside the screens.
[JNY] /JOURNEYTwo decades. The full arc.
A chief technology agent, the three Rift Wars operations agents, a portfolio web agent, a personal-brand agent, a game-development lead, and the Omakase social-ops engine on Black Box I, plus a four-agent creative and development cluster on Black Box II, all coordinated through a custom MCP control surface I built on Claude Opus and bridged agent-to-agent across two machines. The agents extend the teams I direct. They do not replace them.
Aria V2 is a proprietary deterministic market-structure engine now running an ongoing paper-mode automated market-research program across tokenized-asset markets. Its published finding from the original study: no repeatable directional edge for small accounts. Its drift-proof architecture now underpins the business and marketing agents. Honesty over hype.
TUNE INTO AI SYSTEMS →Rift Wars is a live 5x5 strategy card game I solo-built in 13 working days: 4,276 card identities across 16 clans, an on-chain LMSR prediction-market maker, and 4,238 compressed NFTs minted on Solana. Proof the operator can build the whole system, not just brief it.

A full-stack AI operator who builds anything the work needs.
Marketing and infrastructure aren't two careers I've had. They're one operating discipline I've been compounding since 2002: Sony QA, Geek Squad, thirteen years as a single-admin Sys Admin III, an independent design studio, crypto brand systems, a trademarked game IP.
I run campaigns with AI, and I build with it. Games, business-development and marketing agents, infrastructure, brand systems, content engines, whatever the problem in front of me needs. I've produced with generative AI since Midjourney's 2022 public launch, before most of crypto touched it. What changed in the last two years is the depth: AI went from a creative tool to the operating layer I run everything through. A dozen agents in production across two bridged machines, a deterministic-engine R&D case study now running in paper mode, a multiplayer game shipped solo.
The range isn't a hedge. It's the argument. I can lead a campaign because I understand the systems underneath it, and I can build the systems because I've run the campaigns that depend on them. AI multiplies that judgment; it doesn't replace it.
Never trust the client; validate every action server-side. I hardened Rift Wars the way I spent thirteen years hardening enterprise infrastructure. That instinct started with badge readers and 600 endpoints I couldn't afford to lose.
Independent nodes, one protocol, staggered timing so they amplify instead of collide. I ran that ecosystem-scale campaign on the same logic the agent message bus runs on now. One shared playbook lets the team do its best work instead of waiting on me.
Give every node, person or agent, one canonical source of truth and the whole team stays aligned without bottlenecking on me. I direct the people and the systems together: regional leads, an ambassador network, and an AI agent stack, all run to one plan.
How does one person do all of this?
Fair question. Here is the honest answer. People were always capable of more than the clock allowed. The expertise was real; time was the ceiling. AI did not replace the expert, it removed the ceiling.
In practice it looks like a stack of about a dozen AI agents that absorb the coordination and production overhead, so my hours go to judgment instead of busywork, plus named regional leads, Fernando in Latin America, Matthew in Africa, Nazar in Ukraine, running execution on the ground.
None of this replaces a team. It is one operator getting a team's worth of leverage out of AI, then pointing that leverage at real people doing real work.
"Behind all of it, the receipts that don't fit on a tweet. An extensive archive of content, video, graphics, strategies, brand systems, blueprints, four years of building the marketing engine for a chain trying to scale Bitcoin without compromise. Hundreds of strategies and playbooks that never even made it to market."
"I'm going deep into AI. AI infrastructure and AI-native marketing, the place where AI agents, content systems, and Web3 product strategy actually meet. I've spent the last two years quietly building in that lane, and I'm ready to make it the lane."
