Bitcoin-secured ballot attestation deployed live for the Honduras national election, November 2025, done and still verifiable on-chain. The same infrastructure is now in build for ~2 million voters in Peru, pending government sign-off, with other countries exploring deployments to be announced later. Real ballots, real chain, real stakes, not a pilot deck.
It was a multi-team effort, and the honest split is the point. I directed the campaign, built the Ledger Architects program architecture from the ground up, authored the campaign websites, sat in the critical meetings, reviewed the partners, and made the decisions that carried it from idea to live deployment. Fernando Paredes sealed the on-the-ground relationships and government deals. Jagdeep Sidhu's engineering team built and deployed the chain itself. My piece was the one that turned a capability into a campaign that actually landed.

The on-chain builder-recognition layer that tracks every team that shipped grew directly out of the Ledger Architects program I architected.

Syscoin's flagship developer onboarding program, architected from a single Las Vegas workstation, with named regional leads running physical execution on the ground. In Peru, the program reached the BCP Bank Innovation Center, Peru's largest bank, in front of a room of six active development teams, and earned an invitation via Congresswoman Ariana Orue into a PUCP government working group on innovation regulation, with Fernando Paredes carrying it in the room while I directed from the program side. Across Africa, where Matthew Oyebanji ran the ground game: 33 universities in month one alone, including UNN (100+ devs, 5-day hackathon), University of Abuja (170+ attendees), LASU (312 registrations, 100% onboarding rate), FUNAAB, NSIT, and Abuja. 8 production dApps in active development: judicial evidence systems, humanitarian aid tracking, solar energy tokenization for rural communities.

My own pre-launch assessment flagged the $125,350 budget as HIGH risk for an eight-country scope, written down honestly, not oversold. Then the 2025 downturn cut the real spend further. The program ran at ~44–70% of approved budget, and by the final months there was only $2–3K a month left to deploy. I absorbed the shortfall myself, out-of-pocket promo spend and a voluntary cut to my own program salary, to keep the regional leads funded and the work shipping.
Campaign spend ran through a SYS/USDT treasury, with the SYS↔USD conversion managed by hand as the token price fell. The pivot under pressure was the deliverable: cut paid promo and vanity metrics, concentrate spend on product and developer events.

A note on the title
Title of record: Marketing & PR Manager, what's on LinkedIn, in the press, and in the departure essay. The mandate was CMO / CCO scope: brand, comms, growth, DevRel, narrative, budget control, and government liaison, owned end to end for 4.5 years. The gap between the two is a governance artifact, not a scope one, Syscoin's Foundation ran a three-seat board, officer (C-level) titles required a Foundation seat, and an even number of officers deadlocks Foundation voting. So the officer title stayed unfilled while the work didn't. This page is the mandate. "Manager" is just what the org chart could legally carry.
And the scope wasn't a single brand. The same marketing leadership ran across the whole Syscoin family at once, Syscoin, SysLabs, Rollux, and SuperDapp, alongside a concurrent Head of Marketing engagement at Pachira Finance. Carrying C-level marketing scope across an ecosystem of brands simultaneously is the harder claim, and the easier one to verify: the work is on every one of them.

A self-contained experiment, separate from the multi-year program below. The question: could viral, Web2-style content, gamified with Web3 incentives, manufacture reach at scale? It netted 2 billion organic impressions in 30 days across 17 affiliate accounts, with no media buy.
The $1K was the affiliate-badge cost only. The creators' "salary" was a badge, not cash, and the insight was why that worked: at the time, a project badge boosted an account's reach in the X algorithm, which in turn grew that creator's own X revenue-share payouts. The incentives aligned on their own.
From there the loop was simple. A credible project plus solid SEO did the lifting, the accounts pushed genuinely funny content people wanted to share, and audiences routed into SuperDapp community groups that held the same content to re-share off X. Small giveaways drove the highest engagement at the lowest CPA.
