Full-stack marketing across brand, comms, growth, DevRel, and ecosystem narrative, built and run from a single workstation in Las Vegas, with named regional leads executing physically. Majority business-to-business (B2B): taking a Layer-1 blockchain platform and its infrastructure products to the developers, projects, exchanges, and governments who build on and integrate them, with consumer community growth alongside. Two bear cycles without pausing. 44-70% of approved budget, 100% of targets.

Bitcoin-secured ballot attestation deployed live for the Honduras national election, November 2025, done and still verifiable on-chain. The same infrastructure verified roughly 2 million ballots on-chain, with additional national deployments in development, to be announced later. Real ballots, real chain, real stakes, not a pilot deck.
It was a multi-team effort, and I directed it. As Program Director of Ledger Architects I built the program architecture from the ground up, authored the campaign websites, drove the partner negotiations and government engagements, sat in every critical meeting, and made the decisions that carried it from idea to live national deployment. Jagdeep Sidhu's engineering team built and deployed the chain itself. Everything around the chain, the program, the partners, the deals, and the positioning that made it land, I directed end to end.
NOT CLAIMED: the cryptography and chain engineering, that was Jagdeep Sidhu's team. Everything else, the program and the deals that landed it, I directed.

Proof of Builders Latam credits the initiative to me by name on the live program site: "Patrick / 1DigitalC, PoB began from the Ledger Architects initiative to turn builder participation into transparent Syscoin-native recognition." The on-chain builder-recognition layer that tracks every team that shipped grew directly out of the Ledger Architects program I architected.

Program Director, full ownership. Two bear cycles, run at 44-70% of approved budget with 100% of stated targets shipped. Syscoin's flagship developer onboarding program, architected from a single Las Vegas workstation, with named regional leads running physical execution on the ground.
In Latin America, where I coordinated closely with Fernando Paredes (@develCuy) running the ground game, the program reached a major national bank innovation center in front of a room of six active development teams, and earned an invitation into a government working group on innovation regulation, with Fernando carrying it in the room while I directed from the program side. Across Africa, where Matthew Oyebanji ran the ground game: 33 universities in month one alone, including UNN (100+ devs, 5-day hackathon), University of Abuja (170+ attendees), LASU (312 registrations, 100% onboarding rate), FUNAAB, NSIT, and Abuja. 3 dApps in production, over a dozen more in development: judicial evidence systems, humanitarian aid tracking, solar energy tokenization for rural communities. The in-development roster is public on the Proof of Builders site.
Built the program architecture; coordinated narrative, partner ops, media, government liaison, budget control. Single operator, multi-continent campaign, same leverage pattern as the AI stack.
University campus activations, fintech summit presence, and national-bank and electoral-body engagement across the region. Sourced at Devcon VII in Bogotá, October 2022, that one trip seeded the entire LATAM execution layer.
Technical lead across zkSYS, BitVM, Robin Bridge, hash-based DA. Set the engineering baseline the deployment work plugged into.
33 universities in month one. LASU flagship: 312 reg, 120+ in-person, 100% onboarding. 11.1% organic engagement across Africa content.
Delivered substance on a fraction of the budget.
An eight-country scope was always going to be capital-tight, and the 2025 downturn tightened it further. The program ran at ~44-70% of approved budget across the cycle. I prioritized keeping the regional leads funded and the work shipping over paid promo and vanity metrics. The pivot under pressure was the deliverable: cut paid promo and vanity metrics, concentrate spend on product and developer events.
Even at reduced capacity, the program still anchored Bitcoin-secured voting for Honduras's national election, stood up Proof of Builders, and launched BlockNaija, a Bitcoin conference in Lagos. And the builders it onboarded kept shipping:
A prediction-market agent running on Syscoin infrastructure, real-time risk management, intelligent routing, and tamper-proof on-chain outcomes across web, Discord, Telegram, and a public API.
A Web3 app produced out of the Africa program, positioned for "Africa's next-gen Web3 builders." Proof the program built, and did not merely convene.
Solar-energy tokenization + microfinance for rural communities (large share without stable power). Syscoin UTXO + NEVM + zkSYS/PoDA with AI generation modeling.
Africa's first pump.fun-style launchpad for creators, Bitcoin-secured, low-fee, built for African market conditions. Infrastructure sovereignty, not speculation.
University of Nigeria Nsukka buildathon, Syscoin ecosystem sponsor, first hands-on NEVM/zkSYS for most attendees.
19.7% engagement rate during a market-wide downturn, growth that ran against the broader market while operating at reduced capacity.

Ledger Architects · zkSYS Global Developer Onboarding.
Program Director, full ownership. A multi-continent developer-growth campaign across 7 countries on 2 continents, Oct 2025 to Jan 2026, reported in monthly public transparency reports.
Bars: share of approved budget that survived the 2025 downturn (the cut was market-driven, not a saving). Line: organic engagement rate. Engagement peaked in Nov against a market-wide reach collapse; when funding bottomed at 44% in Dec/Jan, spend was concentrated on institutional wins rather than promo (see timeline).
Budget deployed: 65% of approved. The activation window opened against a falling market.
Budget deployed: 70% of approved. Engagement peaked against a market-wide reach collapse.
Budget deployed: 44% of approved, the trough. Spend concentrated on institutional wins rather than promo. Left axis engagement scale 0 to 22%; right axis budget scale 0 to 100%.
Onboarded = every in-person attendee created a platform account and followed on X during the event. A defined event-day action, not a long-term retention claim. Proof of Builders Peru series: 13x reach on flat spend, same ~$1,800 budget per event; impressions scaled 9.1K to 120K as the format matured (PoB I 9.1K, II 7.3K, III 120K, IV 104K).
Relationships and reach. 33 universities, 460K impressions, LASU flagship at 38% conversion and 100% onboarding.
Groundwork to product. 100+ dev hackathon, 2 platforms launched, engagement rate up 58% against a falling market.
Budget cut hard; concentrated spend on outcomes. National bank engagement (6 teams), 4 PoB winners, 4 dApps in build.
Title of record: Marketing & PR Manager, what's on LinkedIn, in the press, and in the departure essay. The mandate was CMO / CCO scope: brand, comms, growth, DevRel, narrative, budget control, and government liaison, owned end to end for 4.5 years. The gap between the two is a governance artifact, not a scope one: the officer-level title stayed unfilled for internal structural reasons while the work itself did not. This page is the mandate. "Manager" is just what the org chart could legally carry.
And the scope wasn't a single brand. The same marketing leadership ran across the whole Syscoin family at once, Syscoin, SysLabs, Rollux, and SuperDapp, alongside a concurrent Head of Marketing engagement at Pachira Finance. Carrying C-level marketing scope across an ecosystem of brands simultaneously is the harder claim, and the easier one to verify: the work is on every one of them.

A self-contained experiment, separate from the multi-year program below. The question: could viral, Web2-style content, gamified with Web3 incentives, manufacture reach at scale? It netted 2 billion organic impressions in 30 days across 17 affiliate accounts, with no media buy.
The $1K was the total program cost. The mechanic was the insight: at the time, a project badge boosted an account's reach in the X algorithm, which in turn grew that creator's own X revenue-share payouts. The incentives aligned on their own.
From there the loop was simple. A credible project plus solid SEO did the lifting, the accounts pushed genuinely funny content people wanted to share, and audiences routed into SuperDapp community groups that held the same content to re-share off X. Small giveaways drove the highest engagement at the lowest CPA.
Separate again, and entirely my own. A growth system I built and ran on my personal X account, engineered around how the platform algorithm rewards engagement. No client, no budget, my own account. 3.3M impressions, 74K engagements, a 2.2% engagement rate in four weeks.
The four-and-a-half-year program, not a single viral window.
Separate from the experiments above. This is the four-and-a-half-year program: sustained growth across multiple bear cycles, not a single viral window.

Launches with named collaborators and documented outcomes.
I produced and designed the Rollux L2 launch party at Consensus 2023, Sky Lounge on Lady Bird, Austin, April 26 2023. Special guest Crypto Wendy O; Jagdeep Sidhu and Alex Guerra (@proguerra) on the floor; sponsors SysLabs, Rollux, and Supra Oracles. Samurai Talks / ESR.tv ran documentary coverage, featured in "Inside Web3 Gaming" Part 2.
Brand and key art for Rollux SPARK ("the beginning of a new blockchain era, fueled by $SYS, powered by Bitcoin"), the Bitcoin-secured NFT batch, carried through to physical gold-foil collectible cards with on-chain QR.
A gamified "Rollout Bonus Level" points campaign I designed for Rollux: social/email verification, leaderboards, mission system, full cyberpunk web layout. Built out, then shelved before launch. Receipts on the work that never made it to market.
Major YouTube creator produced Instagram tutorials walking users through SuperDapp onboarding and Super Group creation. The two-day blitz drove ~12K new sign-ups; across the full 30-day campaign it scaled to over 250K sign-ups and 200+ community groups. Crypto-native audience first; mainstream creator network second.
I contributed creative direction for the Berrie DEX brand identity (berr.ie), a crypto-native decentralized exchange. One of several parallel external branding engagements alongside the Syscoin / Rollux / SuperDapp work.
Patrick ran the public coordination surface for the Supra Oracles relationship across 2.5 years, Twitter Spaces (Oct 2023 with @JockinVC), ETHDenver GAM3RS gaming event co-presence, Supra co-founder Joshua Tobkin on Wendy O Show via Syscoin coordination, KBW 2024 Pachira × Supra DeFi event. Sustained partner-level engagement, not one-off branding.

Origin, documented in public X record: "We also have started a collective of African influencers to help educate and spread the word about our project. @TheWagmiPod @Mansa_Godson." (@1DigitalC · Dec 27, 2022, three years before the brand was named.) The same multi-day thread published the ethical-marketing thesis the program runs on today: "$5000 jpegs and we will be just like them driving the Maybachs vs getting our people involved from a development or employment aspect for generational improvement."
"When students understand that they can build sovereign systems, not just dApps on borrowed infrastructure, everything changes. This is how Africa's Web3 movement grows, one campus at a time."

Narrative direction detected before it was consensus.
Anyone can claim foresight after the fact. These are dated, written-down market calls, pulled verbatim from campaign docs and influencer briefs in the archive, set against when the industry actually moved. Narrative direction detected before it was consensus, then built into the messaging.
"Syscoin ahead of the competition by months if not years... Rollups on Bitcoin finally... a new era of smart contracts on Bitcoin."
"Syscoin is the first blockchain with working data availability, proof of data availability."
"Consensus-based AI agents: Sentry nodes and BTC collateral back AI agents for inference tasks. Use cases: oracles, insurance models, autonomous governance, and decision-making entities."
Shipped the AIDA agent personality + a 30-day "AI Agent Infrastructure" campaign, with agents as a first-class product, monetized, and a self-service launch portal in the spec.
"2026: The Year Blockchain Infrastructure Becomes Government Infrastructure."
"Infrastructure built for 2027, deployed in 2014. While competitors optimized for metrics that won't matter, speed, gas fees, Syscoin optimized for what's coming: security, uptime, permanence."

$730K+ TVL, 2-second finality positioning, successful L2 ecosystem migration. SuperDapp AI integration shipped as the first third-party AI agent on the platform. 10M SUPR airdrop coordination.
A 2024 governance dispute that fractured the team into two sides. I held the middle: moderating between them toward resolution while keeping the community and the project intact. Ran public communications throughout, managed PR and active misinformation, and fended off third-party attempts to seize the community and governance during the fracture. Resolved through legal proceedings, court record public. The honest register: "we went through a governance attack and the chain came out the other side."
